Tofi Fen
Tofi Fen (He/Him) is a neurodivergent, pagan trans man living in Fargo ND. He has experience with university-based DEI efforts, youth development, and community organizing, and has been working in the non-profit sector within Fargo-Moorhead since 2020. He holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology with a minor in anthropology from North Dakota State University. Tofi has a passion for educating others in his field about the rich history and culture of trans and gender non-conforming people, and strives to create welcoming spaces where LGBTQ+/Queer youth can learn about and celebrate their identities.
For his day job, Tofi works as a Youth Engagement Specialist at Youthworks in Fargo, ND. His favorite part of the job is facilitating Evolve, a supportive social group for LGBTQ+ young adults with lived experience of homelessness. Tofi also serves on the board of the Pride Collective and Community Center in Fargo, where he runs the PCCC Youth Group, and hopes to continue building community support and resources for LGBTQ+ young people within the Fargo-Moorhead community for years to come.
When he is not busy with Youthworks or the PCCC, Tofi enjoys lending his time to local activism and mutual aid projects, gardening, and going for runs along the Red River.
