Subcommittees
Programming
The ND LGBTQIA2S+ Summit Programming Sub-Committee members are responsible for the oversight and organization of Full Summit, Youth track, and Professional Development Day programming from start to finish, including, but not limited to, developing an application for potential speakers; applying for and confirming professional Continuing Education Units (CEUs); developing the Summit’s programming content and flow; confirming and scheduling speakers; creating the Summit schedule; and organizing event entertainment.
Logistics & Administration
The ND LGBTQIA2S+ Summit Logistics and Administration Committee members will assist their committee in managing organizational details like managing Summit ticket sales; communicating with the venue; event setup and teardown (including: audio-visual and equipment needs; volunteer recruitment and training); administrative tasks like budget tracking, creating event timelines, vendor coordination, and ensures the smooth, behind-the-scenes execution of the Summit. This committee requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Communications & Marketing
The ND LGBTQIA2S+ Communications sub-committee members are responsible for communicating regularly the general public and media; managing the communications systems(emails etc.),social media posts to communicate announcements and reminders about forthcoming events.

The ND LGBTQIA2S+ Marketing sub-committee is responsible for developing a marketing strategy and plan; developing and ensuring organizational brand consistency throughout marketing and communication materials; regularly updating the ND LGBTQIA2S+ Summit website.
Finances & Development
The ND LGBTQIA2S+ Finances & Development committee members are responsible for managing the organization’s finances and developing and executing a fundraising plan that includes sponsorship and donor outreach, organizing and coordinating house parties and other fundraising events. This sub-committee is also responsible for presenting a financial and/or Treasure’s report at each ND LGBTQIA2S+ Summit monthly planning meeting.
