  • Elevators are available to access all floors of the venue.

  • Attendees using mobility devices may:

    • Be dropped off directly in front of the Memorial Union.

  • If you have any questions or need support at any point, please stop by the registration desk for assistance.

🤫 Quiet & Sensory-Friendly Room

We will have a dedicated quiet/sensory-friendly room available for anyone needing a low-stimulation space. Here’s what to know:

  • The space is low-light, low-noise, and designed to offer a calm atmosphere.

  • Attendees are welcome to adjust lighting (when possible) to meet their sensory needs.

  • The room includes sensory-friendly activities such as:

    • Coloring and drawing materials

    • Magazines

    • Comfortable seating

  • Please be mindful of food sensitivities—avoid bringing allergens like peanuts into this space out of care for those with allergies.

🖼️ Alternative Spaces

In addition to the quiet room, we encourage attendees to check out the on-site art gallery located within the Memorial Union as another reflective, lower-stimulation space to recharge.
