Caedmon Marx (They/Them) Outreach Committee Chair - Dakota OutRight. They are a Bismarck native who started queer advocacy work in 2020 with Dakota OutRight. Now a DOR board member, Caedmon works with programming and legislative outreach and continues to do solo advocacy work throughout North Dakota.
