Jamee Larson

Jamee Larson earned her B.A. in English (Writing Emphasis) and M.F.A in Creative Writing (Creative Nonfiction Emphasis) from Minnesota State University Moorhead. Currently, Mrs. Larson teaches composition and creative writing at North Dakota State University, where she is in her 9th year. She has worked as both a freelance writer and editor and is working on revising a memoir entitled Hey, Mrs. When not doting on her nieces and nephews, Mrs. Larson enjoys watching basketball, reading, and going to the theatre. She currently lives in Moorhead, MN with Kelley, her wife of 11 years, and their three critters.

The ND LGBTQIA2S+ Summit is an organization that is fiscally sponsored by the North Dakota Human Rights Coalition (NDHRC). The NDHRC is a statewide, membership-based organization established to increase the visibility of human rights needs and violations and to change laws and attitudes that stand as barriers to residents within North Dakota who do not currently enjoy their full rights. North Dakota Human Rights Coalition is a registered 501(c)(3) organization.
